After many years of doing medical research in Mexico and the USA, I followed my heart's desire and graduated as a Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher from the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences, at the foothills of the Velliangiri Mountains in India.

I have taught Classical Hatha Yoga in India, Mexico, and the USA.
